Itto is one of Tokyos highest-rated tsukemen shops and a regular award winner. The signature tokusei noukou gyokai tsukemen combines a thick chicken paitan with five kinds of seafood, served with whole-grain straight house noodles and vacuum-cooked chashu. Large portions come with free extra dipping soup. It is a few minutes from Shin-Koiwa stations north exit and opens every day.
