About

Harumi Futo Park sits at the end of the Harumi peninsula, next to the old cruise terminal and the former Athletes Village that has become the HARUMI FLAG neighbourhood. The park closed for the Olympics and reopened in October 2022 after a full rebuild: a big lawn sloping toward the water, a seawall walk, and rest shelters built from timber that originally formed the Village Plaza. A cafe now operates in the park. It faces west and south across the harbour, so Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, the Toyosu market buildings and the ships entering port all line up in front of you. It is one of the best free sunset and night view spots on the bay, and much quieter than Odaiba.
