Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai is the dining and hot-spring complex that opened in 2024 beside Toyosu Market. On the top floor of its spa building is the Senkyaku Banrai Foot Bath Garden, which is open free to all visitors, separate from the paid Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club spa. From the foot baths you look out over the Tokyo waterfront and the bay.
