Daiki Suisan is a Sakai-based seafood wholesaler, which is why its conveyor sushi punches above its price. The Dotonbori branch has an island counter where chefs make nigiri to order and send plates round the belt, plus a touchscreen for specific requests. Highlights include fatty tuna, Seto Inland Sea fish and seared salmon. It is open all year and makes a great quick, cheap seafood fix in the middle of Minami.
