About
Togoshi Ginza was the first of Japan's many 'something Ginza' streets, named after it reused bricks from Ginza after the 1923 earthquake. Today it's a long, lively street of everyday shops and cheap eats: the famous Togoshi Ginza croquette, oden in a stand, tamagoyaki, yakitori takeout, and family bakeries. It feels completely local and is great for a grazing walk.
