About
Tagano is one of Tokyo's long-standing ramen benchmarks, opened in 1996 and on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list every year from 2018 to 2025. The simple shoyu chuka soba is the recommended first order, alongside a salt soba with Aguni Island salt, a spicy sesame soba topped with white leek, and pork-and-duck tsukesoba. A QR queue system lets you leave and return when called.
