About
Bando's chef spent 15 years at well-known sushi restaurants, including Takumi Tatsuhiro, before opening here in 2021. Fish comes from Toyosu and direct from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and the rice is a Noto brand seasoned with red vinegar and salt. The omakase mixes otsumami and nigiri at fair prices, and there is a private room for up to eight.
