About
Oshima is Tokyos best-known heir to the famous Sapporo shop Sumire. The miso ramen is rich and garlic-forward, the soup sealed under hot lard, with wavy yellow Sapporo-style noodles and ginger-touched chashu. The night-only rich spicy miso is popular. It has appeared in the TRY ramen awards and on Tabelogs Ramen 100. A short walk from Funabori station on the Toei Shinjuku Line.
