About
Keihan Uji, on the east bank of the Uji River, is the end of the Keihan Uji Line from Chushojima. Keihan lists about 22 small, 15 medium and 6 large lockers: an IC-card bank right outside the gate and another down the stairs in the B1 passage. From here it's a few minutes to Ujigami Shrine, the Tale of Genji Museum and the Uji Bridge, and about 10 minutes to Byodo-in.

Tips
- Coming from Kyoto by Keihan means changing at Chushojima
- Uji River's riverside paths are beautiful in early evening
- Most lockers are cleared after 3 days and the contents go to the station lost-property office, so don't use them for multi-day storage
