A long-established Uji tea maker on the street to Byodoin. The shop sells tea made only from first-picked spring leaves, and the second-floor kissa, styled like an old Japanese house, serves sencha, gyokuro and matcha sets. Next door, its Kofuan room offers tea experiences (reservation recommended).
