About
Jinbei Park sits on the bank of northern Inba-numa within the Inba-Tega Prefectural Natural Park. A big pine at Jinbei no Mori is listed among Japan's 100 famous pines, and a monument marks the Jinbei crossing, the ferry point associated with the legend of the boatman Jinbei who helped the folk hero Sakura Sogoro. Water birds are common on the marsh, and cosmos flowers bloom here in autumn. A cycling road follows the lakeshore.
