Tokyo Metro runs a small network of passenger information centers at major stations, and the one inside the Marunouchi Line's Tokyo Station is JNTO-certified for foreign visitors. English- and Chinese-speaking staff are on duty at all times to help with subway routes and transfers, the Tokyo Subway Ticket and other passes and discount tickets, and general public transport questions. It has free Wi-Fi. It is not a full sightseeing center, but it is the quickest place to untangle a subway journey from Tokyo Station, and it opens every day of the year.
