BAGGAGE STORAGE+ opened in 2020 within Gransta Tokyo, the huge station-mall under the concourse, and is run by JR East Logistics. Because it's inside the paid area you need a valid ticket or IC card tap to reach it, perfect if you're transferring between Shinkansen and local lines and want a few hours free in Marunouchi or Nihonbashi, or if you're about to do a day trip to Nikko, Karuizawa or Kamakura and return through Tokyo Station. Pricing is the same size-based JR scale as the other station counters, and staff handle oversized items such as ski bags and golf bags. Combine it with a final Gransta souvenir run before your train.
