About

Fujiya Honten was famous for decades as a basement standing bar with a huge counter in Sakuragaoka; after redevelopment it reopened on the ground floor on 8 June 2026. Old favourites such as its ham-and-cabbage plate and nasu-miso returned alongside motsu-ni and other snacks, and regulars mix their own Takara shochu drinks. Standing only, with a retro counter.
