shibuya-san is a tourist center reimagined as a lounge, on the ground floor of Shibuya FUKURAS, right in front of JR Shibuya's West Exit and the airport limousine bus stop. Concierges from various countries share Shibuya tips in Japanese and English, and services cover luggage storage (1,000 yen standard, 2,000 yen for oversize; drop-off until 19:30), a currency exchange machine, pocket Wi-Fi rental, free Wi-Fi, and bookings for the SHIBUYA STREET RIDE open-top bus. It also hosts art exhibitions, workshops and events meant to mix travellers and locals, and serves drinks including alcohol, so it works as a meeting point before a night out.
