The South Exit faces Koshu-kaido, with Busta Shinjuku (Japan's biggest highway bus terminal) directly above the New South gate. JR lockers here include touchscreen IC-card units; large sizes go quickly because bus passengers arrive early in the morning. If they're full, go up to Busta's 3F, where the Tokyo Tourist Information Center hosts a staffed Sagawa baggage counter from 6:30.
