About

Busta Shinjuku stacks a highway bus terminal (4F) on top of JR's New South gate, and on 3F the official Tokyo Tourist Information Center shares space with a Sagawa Hands-Free counter. You can store bags by size for the day, send them same-day to hotels in the 23 wards and Urayasu (cutoff 11:00 here), or ship them to Haneda (cutoff 11:00) or Narita (cutoff 10:00). The counter also has a currency-exchange machine and sells the Tokyo Subway Ticket, and staff work in English, Chinese and Korean. Busta's 4F departure lobby also has coin lockers.
