Run by the Shinjuku Tourism Promotion Association, this street-level office sits just outside Shinjuku's Southeast Exit and underground Exit E10. Staff speak Japanese and English, and tablet interpretation extends service to Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Filipino. It is the place for Shinjuku-specific questions: Shinjuku Gyoen gates and seasons, Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho etiquette, Kabukicho safety, and the department stores. Currency exchange, an ATM, dining information and Shinjuku Free Wi-Fi are available.
