Busta Shinjuku gathers Shinjuku's highway and airport buses in one terminal above the JR New South Exit. Departures leave from the 4F, arrivals use 3F, and the station level is on 2F. On 4F there is a staffed ticket window for major booking systems and limousine buses, an information counter with English always available, a waiting room, 142 coin lockers, ATMs and a convenience store. The Tokyo Tourist Information Center and a SAGAWA baggage counter are on 3F.
