Hiiki is one of the best-rated iekei (Yokohama-style) shops in Tokyo and a Ramen 100 regular. The soup is a creamy pork-bone and shoyu blend, served with thick, chewy noodles, spinach, nori sheets and chashu. As at any iekei shop you can choose noodle firmness, richness and oil level. A short walk from Kamata station, handy on the way to Haneda.

Tips

Customise: katasa (firmness), koisa (richness), abura (oil). "Futsu" means normal.
