About
Miyamoto is one of the reasons Kamata is a serious ramen town. The house speciality is niboshi tsukemen: a dense, savoury dipping broth with a strong dried-sardine hit, served with thick, chewy noodles, plus a niboshi ramen for those who prefer soup. It is about four minutes from the west exit of Kamata station and handy for travellers heading to or from Haneda. Do not confuse it with Ramen Miyaro, its second brand nearby.
Highlights
- Dense niboshi tsukemen
- Thick, chewy noodles
- Niboshi ramen alternative
- Easy stop on the way to Haneda
Tips
- Kamata is 15-20 minutes from Haneda: good for a last bowl.
- Closed days vary; check SNS.
- Its second brand, Ramen Miyaro, is a different shop.
