Ganko is one of Tokyo's cult ramen lineages, famous for strong, salty soups simmered with beef and pork bones and a hanging bone sign instead of a name board. This Yotsuya Arakicho branch opens in the morning and offers weekend specials. Rules are strict: no phones in use, no earphones, and photos of the ramen only.
