Located on the 3F concourse of JR Shin-Osaka Station, opposite the Shinkansen Central Exit, this desk is the official tourist counter for arrivals from Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kyushu. Multilingual staff explain how to get to Namba, Umeda or USJ, sell sightseeing products and hand out maps. It keeps long hours to match the last Shinkansen arrivals.
