Crosta Shin-Osaka, on the 1F outside the ticket gates, takes bags up to 2 m and 30 kg at a flat per-item daily rate and keeps them for multiple days. It also handles same-day delivery to hotels in central Osaka: drop before noon and the bag is waiting in the evening, so you can head straight to Osaka Castle or Dotonbori unencumbered. The counter accepts reservations online and gets busy on weekends and holiday periods.
