About
The statue of Hideyoshi in court dress stands in the precinct of Hokoku Shrine on the path from the south side of Osaka Castle Park to the main keep. It was erected in 2007 and made by sculptor Shinya Nakamura, a member of the Japan Art Academy. It is a popular photo stop on the way to the castle.
