About

Gozabune boats are modelled on the gilded pleasure boats of Hideyoshi Toyotomi. Departing from Gokuraku-bashi bridge inside Osaka Castle Park, they glide round the inner moat beneath the castles towering stone ramparts, some built from boulders weighing over 100 tonnes. Guides narrate the castles history and the low angle gives a perspective you can't get on foot.
