Janomeya reopened in December 2020 inside Kayu Koji, a pretty little arcade of restaurants a few steps from Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station. Its bowls are clear, aromatic and refined, with limited duck clear-soup tsukemen among the specials that keep regulars coming back. For visitors in central Kyoto it is one of the easiest Tabelog Ramen 100 shops to reach, open daily for lunch and dinner.
