Officially Port Island West Park, Shiosai Park faces central Kobe across the water. At night you see the city lights stacked against the Rokko mountains, with Kobe Port Tower and the Harborland Ferris wheel in front. The second 'BE KOBE' monument stands here as a photo spot. It is quieter than Meriken Park and good for a seaside stroll.
