The 1963 hyperboloid tower in Meriken Park reopened in 2024 after renovation. Five observation floors include an indoor viewing area, a museum and a revolving cafe-bar, topped by the 'Brilliance Tiara' open-air rooftop deck. Views take in Kobe Harbor, Harborland, the Rokko mountains and on clear days Osaka Bay. Date-and-time tickets are required; the lower floors with shops are free.
