About
Kita Park sits right by Kobe Bridge, Japan's first double-deck steel arch bridge. You can walk up close to its red girders and look across the harbour to the city and Mt. Rokko. At night the bridge is lit, and on cruise-ship days blue lasers are added. Boats passing in and out of the port add to the view.
