About

Beppu Brewery brews by Beppu Station with one idea in mind: the perfect beer after a hot-spring bath. Its Yuagari Pale Ale is the signature, joined by a Kabosu Saison using Oitas sour green citrus, a French-hop pilsner and collaborations such as an amber ale with Vatten Brewing for the Hell Girl anime. The restaurant serves Oita food that suits beer: chicken-cutlet burgers, buffalo wings, toriten-style karaage and seared Kashimuro chicken. Bottles are sold to take back to your ryokan.
