Mitsuike Park surrounds three spring-fed ponds with woodland paths, lawns and sports facilities. Its wide range of cherry varieties, starting with kanzakura in mid-February, gives one of the longest blossom seasons in the region. A Korean garden with a traditional pavilion is also in the park.
