About

Kawasaki's new main city hall tower (fully opened 2023) has a free observation lobby on the 25th floor with east and west sides, plus an open-air Sky Deck. Views cover Tokyo, the Kawasaki coastal industrial zone and Haneda, Yokohama to the south and Musashi-Kosugi to the west, with Mt Fuji in clear weather. The outdoor deck may close in bad weather.
