A Nichiren temple by a canal in Narihirabashi, devoted to the North Star deity Myoken and drawn by Hokusai.
About
Hoshoji has long been a pilgrimage spot for people praying for luck, and Katsushika Hokusai was a devotee. Its modern main hall is unexpected, but the old canal-side setting and Hokusai link make it a fun detour near Skytree.
