About
Takesue makes all its soups from domestic chicken and uses custom noodles from two noodle makers. Choices include a truffle-scented shoyu ramen, a shio soba with tomato and walnut paste, and a creamy paitan made with Tochigi Yashio trout bones. It was on the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list from 2017 to 2023 and accepts cards.
