VIRTÙ sits high above the Imperial Palace gardens in the Four Seasons at Otemachi, a 60-seat room by Design Studio Spin with brass, marble and a long bar that glows at night. The concept is a Parisian aperitif bar seen through a Japanese lens: house vermouths and liqueurs, pastis and amari meet Japanese whisky, shochu and teas, and the bar's signature Virtù Martini and spiced hojicha drink have become modern classics. It has appeared on Asia's 50 Best Bars four years running, ranked No. 18 in 2025 and No. 26 in 2026. Bar snacks are hotel-level (truffle fries, a pork katsu sando) and the skyline view across Marunouchi and the palace is one of the best from any Tokyo bar.
