Royal Bar revives the bar of the old Palace Hotel, using the counter designed by its first chief bartender Kiyoshi Imai, known as 'Mr. Martini'. The glass-fronted back-bar fridge, also his idea, displays beers and liqueurs from around the world. Classic cocktails such as the martini and gin fizz are the draw.
