Toriton is one of Sapporo's most popular conveyor-sushi chains, and its Solamachi branch on the sixth floor of the Tokyo Skytree complex brings its oversized toppings and Hokkaido seafood to Tokyo. Expect thick-cut salmon, scallops, crab and seasonal whitefish at reasonable prices, ordered from the chefs or picked off the belt. It is a natural lunch or dinner stop before or after going up Skytree, though queues are long on weekends.
