Sushi Yoshitake held three Michelin stars for more than ten consecutive years, and chef Masahiro Yoshitake also earned three stars at Sushi Shikon in Hong Kong. The ninth-floor Ginza counter serves a refined omakase where signatures include simmered octopus and steamed abalone with a sauce of its own liver, followed by elegant nigiri.
