Ginza Music Bar brings listening-bar culture to the smart end of town. Founded with musician and producer Shinichi Osawa (Mondo Grosso), it pairs a collection of more than 3,000 records with an audiophile sound system in a stylish 4th-floor lounge. Selectors play everything from jazz and Brazilian to disco and electronic, and the cocktails and whisky are Ginza quality. It is a great late option, open well after most of Ginza goes quiet.
