About

This is the most complete 'hands-free travel' counter at Tokyo Station: drop bags for storage by size, or hand them over for same-day delivery to hotels in Tokyo's 23 wards and Urayasu (cutoff 13:00, arrival from ~16:00) or to Haneda and Narita airports (cutoff 11:00). It's on the Yaesu side near the Nihombashi Exit, outside the gates, and opens early enough for travellers coming off overnight buses or early Shinkansen. Since April 2026 Sagawa offers web pre-booking with online payment, you show a QR code and walk away. Staff speak English and the counter also ships golf and ski gear and parcels overseas.
