About
TIC TOKYO occupies the ground floor of Marunouchi Trust Tower N, a minute from Tokyo Station's Yaesu Nihombashi Gate, and holds JNTO's highest Category 3 certification for foreign-visitor service. Concierges work in Japanese, English, French, Chinese and Korean and cover sightseeing across the whole country, not just Tokyo, which makes it a strong stop before a Shinkansen trip. Services include currency exchange, pocket Wi-Fi rental, arrangement of various tickets, dining information and free Wi-Fi. The center is notably barrier-free minded: staff come to a table for wheelchair users and offer writing boards for visitors with hearing or language difficulties.

Tips
- Use the Yaesu Nihombashi Gate of Tokyo Station; from the Marunouchi side it is a long walk through the station
- Otemachi Station Exit B9b is the nearest subway exit
- Closed on building holidays as well as New Year: check before a dedicated visit
