Hayashi is a long-time Shibuya favourite tucked into a Dogenzaka side street, two minutes from the station. Its soup blends pork bone and seafood in a near-perfect ratio into a smooth, savoury shoyu ramen; the ajitama (seasoned egg) ramen is the classic order. Only ten counter seats and lunch-only hours mean it sells out, but it is one of the few top-rated shops right in central Shibuya.
