About

Kandagawa traces its history to the Edo period and occupies a traditional wooden building at the foot of Kanda Myojin. Eel is grilled to order, so unaju takes about 30 minutes; while you wait, try shirayaki (unsauced grilled eel) with fresh wasabi, uzaku or grilled eel liver. Most seating is in tatami private rooms.
