About

Two floors below a Ginza side street, Little Smith has been serving for about 25 years in a cool, sculptural space by the late architect Takahiko Yanagisawa. Owner-bartender Noriyuki Sato and team work without a fixed menu: tell them a spirit, a fruit or a mood and they will create a drink. Fresh seasonal fruit cocktails and precise classics are the strengths, and Bar High Five's founder is among the bartenders who trained here. It is a quintessential Ginza bar experience at a slightly less formal pitch than some neighbours, and has featured in Tabelog's top bar rankings.
