About

Kiyota serves omakase only, built around the best fish of the day, with particular pride in tuna supplied by the Toyosu middleman Ishiji. In past decades its counter was frequented by writers and cultural figures such as Hideo Kobayashi and Jiro and Masako Shirasu. It has won multiple Tabelog Awards and is a Tabelog Sushi Hyakumeiten.
