Bar Hoshi opened in Ginza in 2004 and became known for cocktails made with fresh seasonal fruit; its Eight Star group now runs eight outlets, including in Aizu and Utsunomiya. The Ginza bar seats 18 on an upper floor of AOKI Tower and stays open late every night.
