About
Kamanofuchi Park wraps around a deep pool on a sharp bend of the Tama River, crossed by a red suspension bridge. The grounds hold the Ome City Provincial History Museum and the Former Miyazaki Family Residence, a thatched farmhouse from the early 1800s that is a national Important Cultural Property. Cherry trees line the river in late March.
