About
Higashi-Ayase Park stretches north-south for about 1.5 kilometres beside the Ayase River. It has cherry-lined paths, a large outdoor pool open in summer, baseball and tennis facilities and childrens play areas, and the Tokyo Budokan (the metropolitan martial arts centre) borders its south end. It is a local favourite for jogging and hanami. Free entry to the park.
