Run by travel agency H.I.S., this center on 1F of the Harajuku Ash Building sits a minute from JR Harajuku Station's Takeshita Exit, at the top of Takeshita-dori. It is a practical, sales-oriented center: staff speaking Japanese, English, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese sell discount attraction tickets, SIM cards and pocket Wi-Fi, exchange currency, hold or forward luggage, rent bicycles and book foreign-language bus tours, including Mt. Fuji day trips. It also has an ATM, free Wi-Fi and a prayer room, one of very few in central Harajuku.
